IMAGINE BEING ABLE TO FINALLY LET GO AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH.
Participants consistently report leaving sessions feeling significantly calmer than when they arrived
CAN I GUESS WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW?
1
Your thoughts run a million miles a minute with no sign of stopping
2
Your breath is shallow and you don't even realize it until someone mentions taking a deep breath
3
Your jaw is clenched, your shoulders are up to your ears, and your belly is tight, and this is just your default mode
4
You're constantly playing the "what if" game, always expecting something to go wrong, and your days and nights are filled with worry

Combined with breathwork to shift you from fight or flight to rest and digest, intentional body relaxation to release the tension you've been carrying, and gentle mindfulness cues woven throughout,
DURING THE RESET YOU MAY EXPERIENCE…
1
Your thoughts finally quiet down, experiencing a calmness in your mind
2
Your chest and belly relax and open up to take deep, cleansing breaths
3
Your jaw, shoulders, and the rest of your body release tension and you feel yourself letting go and melting onto your bed or couch
4
Feeling safe enough to just... be still and remember what calm and peace feel like

AFTER THE RESET YOU MAY
1
Get the best night's sleep you've had in months; falling asleep faster, rest deeper, and wake up less in the middle of the night
2
Wake up feeling more at peace, calmer, lighter, more energized and more equipped to handle whatever the day brings
3
Notice your body is holding less tension, your muscles are more relaxed and your body finally got the memo that it's safe to relax
4
Have a lived, embodied experience of what calm actually feels like, and that becomes something nobody can take away from you.
WHAT THE HECK IS SOUND HEALING, ANYWAY??
Sound healing is an alternative, holistic wellness practice
It uses soothing, calming instruments to encourage the mind and body to relax into the parasympathetic nervous, from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and digest.'
This is when the healing takes place: once this state is achieved, the body has space to heal and restore itself
The instruments I use are called crystal singing bowls. You can check out what they sound like here:
WORDS FROM PARTICIPANTS

Absolutely, The Reset is completely beginner friendly. Before we even begin I'll walk you through exactly what to expect and what you might experience during the session, so you'll never feel lost or unsure. All you need to do is follow along with my guidance and let the sound do the rest
The Reset is unlike any meditation or sound healing experience you may have tried before. The integrated tools, breathwork, a personal mantra, and intentional body relaxation, go a long way in helping even the busiest brain slow down.
One of my members put it perfectly: "I have days when I'm like 15 minutes in and I can't. But even that 15 minutes helps. And the more you do it, the longer you can sit through it."
Let's be honest, it is a practice. But The Reset gives your brain something to hold onto, so it's not just you alone trying to think your way into calm. The sound does most of the heavy lifting.
I get it, sound healing can sound a little out there if you've never experienced it. But there's real science behind why it works.
The short version: sound frequencies have a direct effect on your nervous system through the vagus nerve, your body literally cannot NOT respond to them. It's not about belief, it's biology.
But honestly? The best answer we can give you is from one of our members who came in feeling exactly the same way:
"Being a person who is very about medicine and science, that can only take you so far. I decided to give Corey's sound healing a try. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I was a little skeptical about sound healing, but I can tell you from my personal experience at the end of these sessions I am jello. Every problem, worry, and concern has left."
Sometimes the most scientific thing you can do is just try it.
There is a good chance that it will. Sound healing is well known for its calming effect on anxiety, and the integrated tools in The Reset are specifically designed with nervous system regulation in mind.
Don't just take our word for it. One of my members shared: "As someone with very high anxiety, I find it very difficult to find anything that helps me relax. The sound baths really calm me down physically and mentally."
Another member said her anxiety baseline has risen so much that she is able to remain calm and clear in situations that in the past would have crippled her, and she largely credits the sessions as part of that shift.
Results will vary, but if anxiety has been running the show, this might be exactly what your nervous system has been waiting for.
No, sound healing is not a replacement for therapy or medication, and it was never meant to be. Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice, meaning it works beautifully alongside whatever support you're already receiving.
If anything, you may find that regular sound healing enhances the work you're already doing.
Online is more powerful and effective than you may think.
Think of it like going to a concert versus listening to music by yourself with headphones at home. Concerts are amazing with their great energy, loud, and being tons of fun. But at home with headphones, you can really connect and vibe with the music, be at one with it. It's a completely different but equally powerful experience.
Online sound healing is the same. Especially with a good pair of headphones as your ears have a direct connection to the vagus nerve, the nerve that links to your ears to your heart, lungs, and digestive system. The sound is essentially communicating calm directly to your entire body.
And let's be honest, most in person sound healing happens on yoga mats on hard floors, which gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. The Reset is experienced from the comfort of your own bed or couch. Your body will thank you.
A few things are happening during a sound healing session.
The primary mechanism is that sound healing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" state. This is when your body is given the space to truly heal and repair itself, as opposed to the "fight or flight" state most of us are stuck in for the majority of our day.
The crystal singing bowls create deep humming vibrations you can feel as much as you hear. Your ears have a direct connection to the vagus nerve, which links to your ears to your heart, lungs, and digestive system — so the sound is essentially communicating calm to your entire body, whether your conscious mind is on board or not.
The result? Your heart rate slows, your muscles release, your thoughts quiet, and your body finally gets the signal that it's safe to relax.
Totally fine! Falling asleep during a sound bath does not mean you've wasted the experience. Your body and subconscious mind are still responding to the frequencies playing; you don't have to be consciously awake for the sound to do its work.
In fact, many people use sound healing specifically as a tool to help them fall asleep. And one of the most commonly reported results after a session? A deep, fantastic night of sleep.
So if you drift off, consider that a win. No worrying about snoring and bothering others, because you’ll be at home!
Yes! A replay will be available for 72 hours after the session, and you're welcome to listen as many times as you'd like within that window.
That said, there's a magic to being there live that a replay simply can't replicate. The shared energy of experiencing it together in real time is something special. We highly recommend showing up live if you can.
But if life happens, the replay is there for you.
Just a few simple things:
A quiet space where you can sit up comfortably at the start of the session and then lie down without being interrupted like your bed, your couch, wherever feels most relaxing to you.
Headphones are highly recommended for the most immersive experience. Remember, your ears have a direct connection to your vagus nerve, so the better the sound quality, the deeper the experience.
That's it. Just show up and I'll take care of the rest.
Please feel free to email me anytime with any questions at corey@coreygrandview.com, and I’ll answer within 24 hours
Who's Your Facilitator?

Hi, I'm Corey. I spent most of my life as the last person you'd expect to find leading sound baths: hyperactive, chronically anxious, and definitely more likely to be at a metal show than a meditation retreat.
It wasn't until I stumbled into my first sound healing experience that everything shifted. That moment of unexpected, instant calm? It changed my life! And it became my mission to help others find it too.
Since then, I've led over 150 live sound bath events, taught workshops on nervous system regulation, and helped hundreds of people, many of whom were convinced they were "too anxious" or "too wired" to ever feel truly at peace, finally experience what it feels like to just... breathe.
I designed Sound Sanctuary specifically for people like me, the overthinkers, the skeptics, the ones who've tried everything. The only thing you need is to be ready to feel better.
