Hi, I'm Corey! I spent most of my life as an anxious and stressed out person until I discovered the power of presence and meditation and it genuinely changed everything for me.
When I was starting my practice I was constantly trying to remember to slow down, become present and breathe. I wished someone would just remind me. So I created exactly that.
Since then I have been meditating for 6+ years, taught workshops on nervous system regulation, led over 150 sound baths and guided hundreds of people through meditation. Sharing these practices with others is what I love most and this daily text is my way of showing up for you every single day the way I wish someone had shown up for me.
