Hi, I’m Corey, and I know what it’s like to be burnt out and overwhelmed by stress and anxiety.
For years, I lived with nonstop racing thoughts, anxiety, and times of absolute panic.
Desperate for relief, I decided to finally surrender and try out meditation. But, then these thoughts crept in:
"I can't sit still."
"My brain won't shut up."
"I can't empty my thoughts. What the hell even is that?!"
Then I created a meditation method that actually worked with my ADHD brain.
For the first time, I could actually meditate without forcing my mind to be quiet or sitting in "perfect" stillness. It just naturally happened, thanks to the method I created.
Then one day, during a particularly high-anxiety time, I was introduced to sound healing and was blown away by how quickly it melted away that anxiety. Fascinated, I dove deep into learning about the power of sound and how it affects us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
I was sold.
So I combined the two: my ADHD-friendly meditation method + the profound nervous system regulation of sound healing.
The result? A deeply relaxing experience that finally works for anxious, overstimulated, neurodivergent minds.
