By registering for a Sound Sanctuary Drop-In Group Session (“Session”), you agree to the terms below.

1) What this is (Purpose)

A paid, live, online group crystal bowl sound bath on Zoom designed to support relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage deeper rest in a calm, inclusive space.

2) What’s included (Services)

• Guided sound bath using crystal singing bowls (and related instruments)

• Gentle settling with simple breath/grounding cues

• Supportive, ND-friendly environment (camera optional; you control volume; move/stim as needed)

• Typical duration: 45–60 minutes

• Regular schedule: Sundays and Wednesdays at 9:00 PM EST (New York time) unless otherwise noted

3) Tickets, scheduling & joining

• Price: $20 USD per participant.

• Payment: Due in full at checkout.

• Choosing your date: After purchase, you’ll select your Sunday/Wednesday 9 PM EST date on the thank-you page (include your timezone).

• Confirmation & link: You’ll receive a confirmation email (usually within 24 hours) with your Zoom link and details.

• Late join: You may join quietly at any time, but may be better to reschedule if more than 10 minutes later

4) Reschedules, transfers & refunds

• Reschedule: If you can’t attend, reply to your confirmation and Corey will move your ticket to any future Sunday/Wednesday at 9 PM EST.

• No-show? No stress—email Corey and your ticket can still be moved to a future date.

• Transfers: You may gift/transfer your ticket by emailing the recipient’s name and email before the Session starts.

• Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable.

• If the host has a tech issue: If Corey cannot host due to a technical problem, you may choose a new date or a refund.

5) Conduct & safety

Please keep your microphone muted, choose a quiet space, and be respectful in chat. Sessions are secular and inclusive; camera is optional. Adjust your volume to comfort and feel free to move or rest as needed.

6) Wellbeing disclaimer (not medical care)

Sessions support relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and do not diagnose, treat, or cure conditions. If you have health considerations (e.g., pregnancy, pacemaker, migraines, tinnitus), consult your clinician before participating. If you are in crisis, please seek local professional support.

7) Recordings & intellectual property

• If a replay is offered/purchased, it is for your personal use (typically 48-hour access) and may not be shared or reposted.

• Please do not record or distribute the Session in any form.

• All Session content and materials are © Corey Grandview / Sound Sanctuary.

8) Privacy & communications

• You will receive transactional emails (receipts, Zoom link, reminders, support).

• Marketing emails/newsletter are sent only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe anytime.

• Personal information is kept private and used to deliver your Session and related support. We do not sell your personal data. (See the full Privacy Policy for details.)

9) Eligibility

By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.

10) Liability limit

Participation is voluntary. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corey’s total liability for any claim related to a Session is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket. Corey is not responsible for issues arising from your internet connection, device, or environment.

11) Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Venue and jurisdiction are in Pennsylvania courts.

12)Marketing communications (email & SMS)

• You will receive transactional emails related to your purchase (receipt, Zoom link, reminders, support).

• If you opt in, you agree to receive marketing emails from Corey Grandview (including Sound Sanctuary and related offerings such as group sessions, membership, 1:1s, digital products, events, and podcast updates). You can unsubscribe anytime.

• If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive automated marketing texts from Corey Grandview at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
