Go from tense and waiting for the worst, to calm, quiet, and genuinely at peace.
That's exactly what

is designed to give you.
Intentionally crafted specifically for anxious, hyperactive minds that can't just "sit still and breathe" their way to calm, this is nervous system regulation that actually works.
Your nervous system deserves a standing appointment.
Sound Sanctuary gives you two a week, plus replays on demand.
CAN I GUESS WHAT YOUR DAY MIGHT LOOK LIKE RIGHT NOW?
1
Your thoughts run a million miles a minute with no sign of stopping
2
Your breath is shallow and you don't even realize it until someone mentions taking a deep breath
3
Your jaw is clenched, your shoulders are up to your ears, and your belly is tight, and this is just your default mode
4
You're constantly playing the "what if" game, always expecting something to go wrong, and your days and nights are filled with worry

IMAGINE BEING ABLE TO FINALLY
LET GO AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH.
That's what happens when you show up consistently.
Members come back week after week because it works. And the more they come, the more it works.
"I don't go into panic mode as quickly, or at all, when I normally would. And even in the middle of an anxiety attack, I can think more clearly. I know I'm capable of being calm because I've been there. The sound baths remind me that I've been fine before, and I'll be fine again."

-Molly, Sound Sanctuary Member
The moment I tried this practice out, I was shocked at how my body and mind responded to it, finally able to chill the F out. I began incorporating sound healing into my routine, and over time, my own baseline anxiety went from constant frantic to almost nonexistent.
I specially curate every session for exactly that. Combined with breathwork to shift you from fight or flight to rest and digest, intentional body relaxation to release the tension you've been carrying, and gentle mindfulness cues woven throughout,
WHAT THE HECK IS SOUND HEALING, ANYWAY??
Sound healing is an alternative, holistic wellness practice
It uses soothing, calming instruments to encourage the mind and body to relax into the parasympathetic nervous, from 'fight or flight' to 'rest and digest.'
This is when the healing takes place: once this state is achieved, the body has space to heal and restore itself
The instruments I use are called crystal singing bowls. You can check out what they sound like here:
THE MORE YOU SHOW UP,
THE MORE IT STICKS.
OVER TIME WITH CONSISTENCY YOU MAY EXPERIENCE…
1
Your baseline anxiety quietly shifts and the panic that used to come automatically just does not show up the way it used to
2
Your body starts to crave the feeling, and the aftereffects get stronger and longer lasting the more you attend
3
You catch yourself breathing, dropping your shoulders, coming back to yourself even on the hard days
4
Your relationship with self care changes completely. You stop skipping it and start protecting it.

WHAT MEMBERS ARE SAYING
The last four or five months have been weirdly stressful and dysregulating, and it has been tremendously helpful to have these tools, especially the sound bath, as an amazing reset to deal with the chaos happening right now.
During the sessions, it really does feel like a massage of my cells and atoms, a grounding and an elation at the same time, and one of the only times I know I can feel myself fully grounded in my own body, and I carry that outside of the sound bath.
It re-regulates me, that's my word, and I own it. The breathing gets better, the racing thoughts calm, the anxiety comes down, and knowing the sound bath is coming up means if I'm having a hard time, I know there's an end in sight, and I know I'm going to get back to that place.

-Michelle, Sound Sanctuary Member
Consistent sound baths have helped me in ways I could never imagine, not only mentally, but they've helped lower my chronic pain too, which I genuinely did not expect.
I remember one session where I was aching so badly I couldn't stop moving and stretching because my legs hurt so much. By the end of the session the pain was just... gone.
My stress levels are lowering, I'm sleeping better, and I feel my pain levels decreasing the more consistently I show up.
Corey's voice is incredibly calming; when I hear his voice I my body automatically begins to relax! I WANT to take better care of myself now. Before this I don't think I even knew what that really felt like, and this membership is a big part of why that's changed.

-Adele, Sound Sanctuary Member
I have chronic anxiety and depression, past traumas, and being a person who is very about medicine and science, I was a little skeptical about sound healing, but I decided to give The Sound Sanctuary a try, and it was one of the best decisions I have made.
I promise you, after these sessions, I am jello. Every problem, worry, and concern has left, and I am at peace, which for someone like me is huge.
10 out of 10. 100 out of 10. 1,000 out of 10, I recommend Corey and The Sound Sanctuary. I don't think you'll regret it.

-Mo, Sound Sanctuary Member
My baseline is so much different than it used to be, because of this membership.
I just don't go into panic mode as quickly, or at all, when I normally would. And even when I'm in the middle of an anxiety attack, I'm able to think more clearly through it.
I'm more self-aware that what I'm feeling is maybe not super rational, it's just my nervous system doing what it does.
I know that I am capable of being calm and cool and collected from just knowing that there are times during the sound baths when I am completely calm, it somehow reminds me that even in this moment, you're fine. Because you've been fine and you'll be fine.
I also take anxiety medication. But my baseline with my anxiety is so much different now.
I tell everybody about this. Literally anybody who's stressed or having anxiety, I'm like, here's a thing you can come do with me to help.

-Molly, Sound Sanctuary Member
During the sessions, the stress and anxiety just ceases. It's like a reset for my whole system, and you don't realize how much you need it until it doesn't happen.
Within a couple minutes after the intro, I'm finally able to just be like, okay, I'm here. And it's become something I use as anchors throughout the week. Thursday, I know I'm good, I just have to make it to there. And then Sunday helps start that week out.
It's not just something you're consuming. It's more than that. There was one session I missed and it hit me more than I realized it would; it almost felt a little disconnecting until the next Sunday, which is interesting because I didn't expect to feel that way.

-Jax, Sound Sanctuary Member
I love the Sound Sanctuary, and I'd be devastated if you ever stopped.
Work has been crazy, life has been a lot, and this has been my stress relief through all of it. I'm always all over the place. But then the session happens, and it's like... 'okay, girl. You can breathe now. You can chill. Gather your mind back up. You're good.'
I've noticed I'm sleeping better, and when stress hits during the day with work, life, whatever, I catch myself remembering to breathe. I hold my breath a lot without even noticing. But your voice just plays in my head, and I catch it.
I genuinely look forward to Sundays and Thursdays now. And on days in between, I'll pull up a replay and just let it do its thing.
It helps so much more than I can even put into words.

-Rikki, Sound Sanctuary Member
Being on a healing journey with Corey is truly a dream come true.
I had been searching for a mentor for years, someone I could trust, someone human and walking the same path, and I was really considering giving up when he reached out just to check on me during a really hard time, and I broke down crying because no one had ever gone out of their way to show that level of kindness before.
He uses easy to understand instructions during the sound bath so I never felt overwhelmed, and his love for others extends beyond the sessions into stress relief techniques for all situations.
Without a doubt I would not be where I am on my healing journey without Corey, and I cannot recommend his services enough. I hope to see you in a session soon!

-Courtney, Sound Sanctuary Member
As someone with very high anxiety, I find it very difficult to find anything that helps me relax.
I have found that the sound baths really calm me down physically and mentally.
My favorite part is the residual effects afterwards. I always get an amazing night's sleep after a session, and then the next day I feel so much better. I notice my muscles are relaxed, I notice my mind is clearer.
And the more and more I do it, the more the after effects continue, and the more I almost crave the feeling of the after effects.
Highly recommend.

-Kim, Sound Sanctuary Member
The Sound Sanctuary membership has overall improved my quality of life.
My sleep has improved and my stress levels have lowered. On nights that I attend I fall asleep faster. But what's surprised me most is what it's done for my relationship with self care.
I hold myself accountable now to prioritize and give my mind the much needed time to relax. I allow myself that time. That shift alone has been worth it.

THE SOUND SANCTUARY
GUARANTEE
I can't promise your anxiety will disappear or that you'll sleep perfectly after one session.
What I can promise is this: if you show up consistently and allow yourself to be present in the experience, you will feel a difference.
Your nervous system knows how to heal.
It just needs the space and the permission to do so. That's what I provide twice a week.
Show up, lie down, and let the sound do its thing.
If at any point
If the Sound Sanctuary Membership is not the right fit for you, you can cancel anytime with no questions asked.
What I don't want is for this to be something you signed up for and never used.
This works when you use it.

Absolutely, The Sound Sanctuary is completely beginner friendly.
When you join you will receive an intro video that walks you through exactly what to expect and how sessions run, so you will never feel lost or unsure.
Because our members show up consistently, sessions are designed to dive straight into the healing work with no lengthy explanations every time, just more time for you to actually receive the benefits.
All you need to do is follow along with my guidance and let the sound do the rest. And the beautiful thing is, every session your nervous system gets more familiar with the process and dropping in becomes easier and easier the more you come.
The Sound Sanctuary sessions are unlike any meditation or sound healing experience you may have tried before.
The integrated tools like breathwork, a personal mantra, and intentional body relaxation go a long way in helping even the busiest brain slow down.
As someone with ADHD myself, I designed these sessions specifically for with hyperactive brains in mind.
Let's be honest, it is a practice. But The Sound Sanctuary gives your brain something to hold onto, so it's not just you alone trying to force yourself into feeling calm. The sound does most of the heavy lifting.
I get it, sound healing can sound a little out there if you've never experienced it. But there's real science behind why it works.
The short version is that sound frequencies have a direct effect on your nervous system through the vagus nerve, your body literally cannot NOT respond to them. It's not about belief, it's biology.
But honestly? The best answer I can give you is from one of my members who came in feeling exactly the same way who said,
"Being a person who is very about medicine and science, that can only take you so far. I decided to give Corey's sound healing a try. It was one of the best decisions I've made. I was a little skeptical about sound healing, but I can tell you from my personal experience at the end of these sessions I am jello. Every problem, worry, and concern has left."
Sometimes the most scientific thing you can do is just try it.
Sound healing is well known for its calming effect on anxiety, and the tools used in each Sound Sanctuary session are specifically designed with nervous system regulation in mind.
One of my members said, "As someone with very high anxiety, I find it very difficult to find anything that helps me relax. The sound baths really calm me down physically and mentally."
Another says her anxiety baseline has shifted so much that situations that once would have crippled her no longer do, and she largely credits consistent attendance.
That last part matters. This is a membership for a reason. The more regularly you show up, the more your nervous system learns to return to calm on its own.
Results vary, but if anxiety has been running the show, this might be exactly what you've been waiting for.
No, sound healing is not a replacement for therapy or medication, and it was never meant to be. Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice, meaning it works beautifully alongside whatever support you're already receiving.
If anything, you may find that regular sound healing enhances the work you're already doing.
Online is more powerful and effective than you may think.
Think of it like going to a concert versus listening to music by yourself with headphones at home. Concerts are amazing with their great energy, loud, and are tons of fun. But at home with headphones, you can really connect and vibe with the music, be at one with it. It's a completely different but equally powerful experience.
Online sound healing is the same. Especially with a good pair of headphones, as your ears have a direct connection to the vagus nerve, the nerve that links to your ears to your heart, lungs, and digestive system. The sound is essentially communicating calm directly to your entire body.
And let's be honest, most in person sound healing happens on yoga mats on hard floors, which gets pretty uncomfortable after a while. The Sound Sanctuary is experienced from the comfort of your own bed or couch. Your body will thank you.
A few things are happening during a sound healing session.
The primary mechanism is that sound healing activates the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the "rest and digest" state. This is when your body is given the space to truly heal and repair itself, as opposed to the "fight or flight" state most of us are stuck in for the majority of our day.
The crystal singing bowls create deep humming vibrations you can feel as much as you can hear. Your ears have a direct connection to the vagus nerve, which links to your ears to your heart, lungs, and digestive system, so the sound is essentially communicating calm to your entire body, whether your conscious mind is following along or not.
The result? Your heart rate slows, your muscles release, your thoughts quiet, and your body finally gets the signal that it's safe to relax.
YouTube sound bath gives you the sound, and that alone has benefits.
But The Sound Sanctuary is a fully guided experience. Every session includes breathwork to shift your nervous system before we even start, intentional body relaxation cues woven throughout, the sound healing itself, and a gentle close to bring you back.
Plus, there is something that happens when you show up live with other people that a recording simply cannot replicate. Members consistently tell us the live experience hits differently; there is a collective energy to it that deepens the experience in ways that are hard to explain until you feel it.
And then there are the replays, the daily texts, and the portal on top of the live experience
Totally fine! Falling asleep during a sound bath does not mean you've wasted the experience. Your body and subconscious mind are still responding to the frequencies playing; you don't have to be consciously awake for the sound to do its work.
In fact, many people use sound healing specifically as a tool to help them fall asleep. And one of the most commonly reported results after a session? A deep, fantastic night of sleep.
So if you drift off, consider that a win. No worrying about snoring and bothering others, because you’ll be at home!
Every Sunday and Thursday at 8:00 PM EST
Replays are be available on the online portal and stay up until the next session is recorded and uploaded. You're welcome to listen as many times as you'd like!
That said, there's a magic to being there live that a replay simply can't replicate. The shared energy of experiencing it together in real time is something special. I highly recommend showing up live if you can.
But when life happens, the replay is there for you. Many members report listening to the replay several times between sessions
The online portal houses the replay after each session, along with a growing library of recorded guided meditations and sound baths, including long format ones designed to play while you sleep. Many members report using the sleep sound bath every single night and they find it helpful for insomnia
On top of that you will find follow along videos for other stress relief tools like breathwork and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping). And the library keeps growing; I am always open to hearing what tools or meditations would be most helpful to you personally.
A quiet space where lie down without being interrupted like your bed, your couch, wherever feels most relaxing to you.
Headphones are highly recommended for the most immersive experience. If you have good speakers to play the session on, that's great experience as well!
That's it. Just show up, and I'll take care of the rest.
There are no refunds, but you can cancel anytime, no questions asked.
What I'll say instead of a refund policy is that I'm confident enough in what Sound Sanctuary Membership does that my guarantee is simple.
Show up consistently, be present in the experience, and you will feel a difference.
Your nervous system knows how to heal, it just needs the space and permission to do so. That's what I provide twice a week.
The only thing that doesn't work is not showing up.
And if it's ever not the right fit, canceling is easy and instant.
Please feel free to email me anytime with any questions at corey@coreygrandview.com, and I’ll answer within 24 hours
-Sound healer, meditation guide, metalhead-

Hi, I'm Corey!
I spent most of my life as the last person you'd expect to find leading sound baths: hyperactive, chronically anxious, and definitely more likely to be at a metal show than a meditation retreat.
It wasn't until I stumbled into my first sound healing experience my eyees had been opened to this incredible practice. That moment of unexpected, instant calm? It changed my life! And it became my mission to help others find it too.
Since then, I've:
-Led over 150 live sound bath events
-Taught workshops on nervous system regulation and stress relief
-Helped hundreds of people finally experience what it feels like to just... breathe
MY FINAL MESSAGE TO YOU
Regardless of whether you decide to join The Sound Sanctuary, I want you to know that your nervous system deserves care.
Not someday, not when things calm down. Now. Especially now.
I built this because I know what it feels like to be so wound up you can not remember the last time you truly relaxed. I know what it feels like to try everything and have nothing stick. And I know what it feels like on the other side of that.
Some of you already know this is exactly what you have been looking for. You felt it the moment you started reading this page.
Michelle, a long time Sound Sanctuary member said these beautiful words:
“The difference between where you are standing right now and where you want to be is this. This is the door. And there's always tomorrow, but the tomorrows are how we keep from getting there. Today is the time to step on that path.”
