By joining the Sound Sanctuary Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Purpose

The Sound Sanctuary Membership is designed to help you reduce stress, regulate your nervous system, and cultivate inner peace through consistent sound healing sessions. This membership offers live virtual access to sound healing experiences twice a week to support your overall wellbeing.

2. Services Provided

As part of your membership, you will receive:

-Two live virtual sound healing sessions per week via Zoom — every Sunday and Thursday at 8:00 PM EST

-Replay access to session recordings, which are available until the next one is recorded and uploaded

-Access to a growing online library of guided meditations and stress relief tools

-Daily text reminders with mindfulness cues to support your nervous system regulation between sessions

3. Pricing & Billing

The Sound Sanctuary Membership is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

Members who join before 11:59 PM EST on May 12th, 2026 will be locked in at the rate of $55/month for as long as they remain subscribed

After May 12th, 2026, the membership price increases to $74/month

Your locked-in rate will never increase as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted

Payments are processed automatically on your billing date each month.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by emailing corey@coreygrandview.com. Cancellation stops all future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period. All payments are non-refundable.

Please note: If you cancel and later wish to rejoin, you will be subject to the current membership price at the time of rejoining, which may be higher than your original locked-in rate.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The Sound Sanctuary Membership is for wellness and personal development purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition and is not a replacement for professional medical or psychological care. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a medical or mental health concern. If you have health considerations such as pregnancy, a pacemaker, migraines, or tinnitus, please consult your clinician before participating.

6. Privacy & Communications

By joining, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your membership including session links, reminders, and support communications.

You will also be added to Corey Grandview's email list and may receive marketing emails including updates on future events, new offerings, and membership news. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

If you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive automated marketing text messages from Corey Grandview at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your personal data will never be shared without your consent unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared through the membership — including live sessions, recordings, audio, guided meditations, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of Corey Grandview and Frequency Journey LLC. All content is for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Recordings & Replay Access

Session replays are made available for your personal use only. Replay access is included as part of your active membership. You may not share, repost, or distribute recordings in any form.

9. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to show respect during live sessions and within any community spaces associated with the membership. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior will result in immediate removal from the membership without a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Participation in the Sound Sanctuary Membership is entirely voluntary. You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corey Grandview and Frequency Journey LLC are not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or use of any provided materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for your most recent billing period.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Any legal matters related to this membership shall be resolved within Pennsylvania jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

Corey Grandview reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email. Continued use of the membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
