In case you can't watch the video right now, here's what you need to know:

1. You'll receive a Patreon gift link via email soon (Patreon is a place for creators to house their content). Click it to claim your free membership. Download the Patreon app for the easiest access. You will need to create an account if you have not already.

2. Head to the Orientation Videos collection on Patreon and watch those before your first session so you are properly prepared.

3. Session links are posted on Patreon and emailed to you the day of every Sunday and Thursday at 8pm EST.

4. Daily mindfulness texts will begin within 24 hours, but if they don't arrive just reply to your confirmation email and I'll sort it out.
