• Session reminders

• Mindfulness prompts and supportive tips

• Occasional updates or offers

Frequency: Messages are sent 1–4 times per week, depending on your participation and upcoming events.

Opting Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message. After you send “STOP,” you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up through your member portal or contact support.
