Why sound-infused meditation?
Sound-infused meditation isn’t woo. It is real, ancient, and deeply effective.
The vibration caused by the instruments calm the mind and body.
It shifts your brainwaves from stress to deep relaxation.
This helps your nervous system move out of survival mode and into healing.
And when you attend regularly, the effects build.
You feel more grounded, more resilient, and more at peace, not just during the session, but in your everyday life.

Sound therapy, often experienced through event called sound baths, uses calming vibrations from instruments like singing bowls to help soothe your nervous system and slow down your brainwaves. This shift supports deep relaxation, reduces tension in the body, and quiets the mental chatter that stress often brings.
These words tend to be used interchangeably, though there are differences. Sound healing/therapy is what happens when sound induces a slower brain wave state and the mindbody heals itself. A sound bath is an event where sound healing/therapy/meditation take place.
For starters, my certification is in sound therapy. But more importantly, I’m not the one doing the healing. You are. Your body, your mind, and your energy system do the work.
What I do is create the conditions for healing: when your brainwaves slow down and your nervous system is no longer hijacked by stress, your body naturally begins to restore itself just like it does during deep sleep.
While the practice is called sound therapy, it’s important to know that this isn’t clinical therapy or a medical treatment. It’s a wellness modality meant to support your well-being alongside other forms of care.
Not at all. These sessions are guided and beginner-friendly. You just need a quiet space, an open mind, and a willingness to receive.
You’ll get access to two live virtual sound bath sessions every week, held Sundays and Wednesdays at 8 PM EST. You’ll also receive gentle reminders so you actually make time for yourself.
There are no replays, so it's important to come live. That said, you’ll get reminder texts to help you stay committed. Think of it like a class — when you show up, you get the benefit.
Many people feel more relaxed after just one session. With consistent practice, you may notice reduced anxiety, better sleep, and a stronger sense of emotional resilience within a few weeks.
Nope. Just find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Headphones are optional but can enhance the sound experience. You can lie down, sit, or set up a cozy space however you’d like.
