Terms and Conditions: Virtual Sound Healing Membership

By registering for the Virtual Sound Healing Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Purpose

The Virtual Sound Healing Membership is designed to help you reduce stress, restore balance, and cultivate inner peace through consistent sound healing sessions. This membership offers live virtual access to sound healing experiences twice a week to support your well-being.

2. Services Provided

As part of your membership, you will receive:

• Two live virtual sound healing sessions per week (via Zoom)

• Unlimited access to these weekly sessions for as long as you remain subscribed

3. Medical Disclaimer

This membership is for educational and wellness purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new wellness practice, especially if you have a medical or mental health concern.

4. Privacy and Data Use

By joining, you agree to receive emails related to the membership, including session links and updates. You may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time. Your personal data will never be shared without your consent, unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared through the membership — including session recordings, audio, and materials — is the intellectual property of Corey Grandview and Frequency Journey LLC. These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary, and you accept full responsibility for your health and well-being. Corey Grandview, Frequency Journey LLC, and affiliates are not liable for any outcomes resulting from participation in sessions or use of provided materials.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

The membership is billed at $37 every one month on a recurring basis. Payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future charges but does not issue a refund for the current billing period.

8. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to show respect during live sessions. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior will result in removal from the membership without a refund.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any legal matters related to this membership shall be resolved within Pennsylvania jurisdiction.
